The back is the working part: a criss-cross band in an X draws the shoulders gently backward, which is where the posture claim comes from. The clasp is at the front and has two rows, so the band tension can be adjusted as the elastic settles. Cups are two layers of unlined soft fabric with side support, and the back and upper cup are mesh for airflow.
