Orders placed through the buttons on this site are fulfilled by our retail partner, so delivery speed, cost and tracking follow their rules rather than ours. In practice that means the options you already know: standard delivery of a few working days across the continental United States, faster tiers where available, and free shipping thresholds that depend on your membership status with them.

What we can tell you

• Exact delivery dates are shown at checkout, before you pay
• Tracking appears on your order page as soon as the parcel ships
• Bras ship in flat packaging; adhesive styles include their protective liners

What we cannot do

We cannot see, change or chase an order. If a parcel is late or lost, the retail partner resolves it through the order page, and in our experience they resolve it quickly.
