Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled by our retail partner under their standard policy: most new, unworn items with tags and hygiene liners intact can go back within the stated window, which is shown on every product listing before you order. Refunds land on the original payment method once the return is received.

The honest paragraph

Underwear returns have rules for obvious hygiene reasons. Try a new bra on over a thin layer, keep the liner on adhesive cups until you are sure, and keep the tags on until the bra has passed the mirror test. A bra that has been worn for a day is generally yours.

The better plan

Most bra returns are size returns, and most size returns are preventable. Two minutes with a tape measure and the size helper before ordering beats a week of waiting on an exchange afterwards.
